VivAsia class at Akiyama Wellness Center (Thuesday)

 

 

My VivAsia class at Akiyama Wellness Center every Thursday from 9:15~10:15a.m. Tons of K-pop, J-pop songs, and polynecian style dance cardio. TONS OF FUN!!! This class is slower than Regular Vivasia class. low impact, but still has a great energy. you will get sweat!!. good for your abs and make strong core!

I really hope you guys like a new song "Ultra Soul-B'z" yeah, I know I know, the sound wasn't so good.... and the song wasn't Zumba!! I will try to fix the sound, but "ultra soul hey!!!(Jump)" make you very excited wasn't it? I did it this song, because I went to their live.LoL
